hi, i’m meesh and i’m addicted to Pinterest. i pin away into the wee hours.
and i’ve got a billion pins…on a billion boards…and nary a moment to make any of them.
which sometimes makes me feel like a class A loser b/c why do i keep pinning?
really, people. why?
so when i arrived early to help set up at my friend’s baby shower, my jaw sort of dropped as i looked around and saw perfectly executed DIY projects en masse.
we’re not just talking about one or two DIY projects. the hostesses went all OUT. guessing game note cards.
home made pom poms.
mason jars with fresh-cut flowers and candles set upon freshly cut pine wood platters.
perfectly stacked macaroons.
amazingly tossed salads.
i don’t believe these cupcakes were home made, but let’s just indulge our eyes on this s’more beauty for a moment, shall we?
hand made pennant banners and custom chalkboard.
pretty napkin-wrapped utensils, tied with natural fibers. 
shortbread frsoted cookies.
a drink bar with real glassware? for a baby shower? go girls! 
they even incorporated the ever-present Pinterest Scrabble decor. love.
this was an amazing baby shower, celebrating a wonderfully loved friend and the arrival of her 4th love nugget. 
so let this serve as incentive to get out there and make some stuff on your Pinterest boards! go on, girls! 🙂
