hi everyone!
can you believe all that’s happened this year? woah.
i’m amazed that i have a single reader on my blog. what a treat to be able to see that there’s a trend going on here…people love the restoration hardware look.
lucky me…so do i.
rustic and industrial and distressed are still HOT…
look at these gorgeous flowers from my friend Deanna’s wedding at Vista Verde Ranch in Steamboat. a rustic, yet elegant affair at an incredible 5 star all-inclusive dude ranch. yes, please.
photos like this one my friend Jessica Cedarland took of this barn in S. Carolina inspire me. it’s been my desktop background for the entire year.
these particular spring garden party photos were repinned a ton from the ‘stuff i’ve made‘ board. who doesn’t love some candles in a mason jar with jute?
and who would’ve known that this piecaken recipe submitted by my pal Peilin Breller would be the biggest hit of the year?
these sea fans that i glued to antique windows are a huge hit. too easy. a little craigslist, a little glue gun…
and this is probably my fave of the year…the Restoration Hardware inspired growth chart made with EcoWood Treatment, some old wood, and a bunch of furniture tacks.
but how cool is this new bed that i refinished for Big A? a Restoration Hardware Kentwood knock off made from Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and MinWax stain?
thanks for reading! looking forward to sharing more exciting stuff in 2013!
