you can’t tell me this doesn’t look ah-mazing!

my friends run the most amazing confections company called Fusion Gourmet.

Mandy’s Cookie Thins are by far the yummiest, crispiest (is that a word?!), crunchiest, most delicious cookie crisp you’ll ever try.

when friends come over, they all end up arm wrestling to see who can bring a tin home. all natural delightfulness….

and when you get creative and start adding some pink lemonade frosting, like my friend Peilin and I did here…

things just start getting a little nutty.

sweet and a bit tangy + chocolate?

good grief.

clearly we just needed to try it.

so we did.

and none of our neighbors even had a chance.

i devoured each and every single one.

thank goodness Peilin didn’t take any pix of that…she was arm wrestling me for the scraps…
